Also, we will be starting to have "family breakfast" now that Lyndsi is starting school. Does anyone have some simple recipes or ideas for breakfast food? (Believe it or not, they don't really eat cold cereal, even the sugary kind!)

No cold cereal? I wouldn't survive school days without cold cereal. Breakfast is definitely not my strength! I have a really yummy coffee cake recipe and then I also make buttermilk pancakes from scratch - quick and yummy. German pancakes are really easy and Missy has a great breakfast casserole recipe as well, I will get them all to you along with anything else I have. I am going to try the syrup recipe - looks good!
